I had sewage overflowing in my basement, it was in such a state, I was looking on the internet for an emergency plumber and came across BDS and see they had a 90 minuet response. I called BDS up and spoke to a lady called Louise, who was very polite and reassuring and very good at keeping my mind at ease. The guys were out to me within 45 minuets they explained from the start what procedures they had to do to unblocked the drain. I am over the moon that it was unblocked with in hour and 10 minuets. I am very satisfied with the quick repose ands professional manner they dealt with the issue. Had pressure jet service
Thanks to this company who cleared out an outer drain we had been having problems with since last Winter. The plumber was friendly and gave us their jetting service
